Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely pack the welder and all included accessories, torches, and manuals in the original factory box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the RMA number clearly to the outside of the box and ship the unit via a carrier with tracking capabilities and insurance coverage.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
