What is the standard shipping time for AHP Welders?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
Do AHP welding machines come with a warranty?
Yes, our machines typically include a 3-year limited warranty that covers parts and labor to ensure your equipment remains in top working condition.
What is your return policy for unused equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Can I use AHP welders with a generator?
Yes, many of our inverter-based models are generator-friendly. However, we recommend using a clean-power generator with at least 8,000-10,000 watts for optimal performance.
Do you offer international shipping?
